ABSTRACT
Agri
Shop is a very important feature used in Android application to assist people
making purchases online, similar to the US English term ‘Agri Shop’. The farmer
-and-user can buying and selling product via same platform. This system will
increase the farmer’s sales and reducing the user workload.
This system is used to farmer and user. Farmer uploads
their product with details and buyers view these details and book that product
with in a time.
CHAPTER 1 – INTRODUCTION
Agriculture is the
cultivation and breeding of animals, plants and fungi for food, fiber, biofuel, medicinal plants and
other products used to sustain and enhance human life.[1] Agriculture
was the key development in the rise of sedentary human
civilization, whereby farming of domesticated species
created food surpluses that
nurtured the development of civilization.
The study of agriculture is known as agricultural
science. The history
of agriculture dates
back thousands of years, and its development has been driven and defined by
greatly different climates, cultures,
and technologies. Industrial
agriculture based
on large-scale monoculture farming
has become the dominant agricultural methodology.
Modern agronomy, plant breeding, agrochemicals such
as pesticides and fertilizers,
and technological developments have in many cases sharply increased yields from
cultivation, but at the same time have caused widespread ecological damage and negative
human health effects. Selective
breeding and
modern practices in animal husbandry have similarly increased the output of
meat, but have raised concerns about animal welfare and
the health effects of the antibiotics, growth hormones,
and other chemicals commonly used in industrial meat production. Genetically
modified organisms are
an increasing component of agriculture, although they are banned in several
countries. Agricultural food production and water management are increasingly
becoming global issues that are fostering debate on a number of fronts.
Significant degradation of land and water resources, including the depletion of aquifers,
has been observed in recent decades, and the effects of global warming on
agriculture and of agriculture on global warming are still not fully
understood.
1.1 Objectives
Farmers
enter this system and upload their product details with images and details of shipping;
quality and etc. user view this product and book their order.
1.2 Purpose of proposed work
This
project helps the crew who conduct events in villages. In this Project we are
providing an interface to the teams to store their data in order to conduct
awareness events efficiently. By using Agriculture Assist project user can make
a schedule for the coming events and can arrange data needed in the events such
as data regarding crops, presentation on seasonal crops. Before going to any
program in certain village they can be able to cross check the stuff needed in
that event at any point of time. So our project is suggested as a web
application because so many teams around the India can be able to work on this
area.

2 – LITERATURE REVIEW
The materials reviewed vary significantly in
form and methodology. 60% of all materials reviewed directly address positive
and/or negative social impacts in the cotton sector in one or more of the focus
countries. (See ‘Evaluation of Research’ for an explanation of the status of
different forms of research.) These materials have been categorized within a
spreadsheet database. The research is organized by country, theme, name of the
publication, date, author, form of research and research methodology, focus on
agriculture/cotton, geographical region covered and, where available, web link.
Each publication was then summarized to give a broad overview of the key findings
and issues raised. The materials identified are derived from more than 80
different sources, including academic and technical journals, studies
undertaken by international and intergovernmental organizations, national
government census data, as well as studies by non-governmental organizations
and independent research centers.

manual way, the customer has to go for shopping, and then he is having the
possibility to choose the products whatever he wants.

It is a time consuming process.

Thus, the system has to be automated.
Agri
shop is used to buy and sell agriculture products through online. Main purpose
for developing these app farmers’ sales is increasing via this online shop. Farmers
post their product details and quality description. User can view those product
details. If they need that item on a time can book that product via this app. And
time reducing is important thing for here. Even user workload also reduced
here.
